Domaine de la Glacière is operated by GEKKO, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a capital of €100,000, registered office: 80 Impasse Loïc Nesty – 97170 Petit-Bourg, registered with the Pointe-à-Pitre Trade and Companies Register under number 922 477 807.

These terms and conditions apply to all bookings and transactions made at our property. By making a reservation or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. General

These general terms define the rental conditions of the accommodation by GEKKO to the client for the period and terms specified at the time of booking.

Any reservation made by phone or through the website implies acceptance of these terms.

2. Duration of Stay

The client cannot claim the right to remain beyond the agreed stay.

3. Reservations

Reservations must include accurate information: personal details, dates, number of guests, etc. Confirmation is valid only after receiving an email from us. Contact us at +590 690 45 62 25 or [email protected] if you do not receive confirmation.

4. Conclusion of the Contract

The booking becomes effective once a 50% deposit is paid. Late arrivals must be notified in advance. Rentals cannot be transferred to third parties without written consent. The rental price includes all charges (water, electricity, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, linens).

5. Cancellation by the Client

• More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.


• Less than 30 days before arrival: no refund.


• Non-refundable rates require full payment at booking.


• Early departures: no refund.

6. Cancellation by SAS GEKKO

Refunds are made except in cases of force majeure.

7. Arrival / Departure

Check-in: from 4:00 PM (self-check-in via key box, instructions sent 48h before). Check-out: by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is available for €50 (2 PM) or €70 (5 PM). Guests must return accommodation clean; €35 fee applies if not respected.

8. Payment of Balance

Balance due 30 days before arrival. Bookings under 30 days require full payment at booking.

9. Inventory / Accommodation Condition

Accommodation is fully furnished and equipped. Linen included. Cleaning responsibilities shared between guest and owner. Repairs due to negligence are charged to the guest. Free laundry access provided.

10. Security Deposit

€200 pre-authorization 48h before arrival. Refunded within 7 days if no damage is noted.

11. Tourist Tax

€1/day per person over 18, payable 48h before arrival.

12. Use of Accommodation

Guests must ensure peaceful use. Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM. Air conditioning must be used responsibly.

13. Capacity

Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded.

14. Pets

No pets allowed.

15. Insurance

Guests are responsible for damages and must have vacation insurance. Report incidents within 12 hours.

16. Property Inspection

Guests must allow property inspections when requested.

17. Smoking

Strictly prohibited. €150 penalty applies.

18. Pool

Communal pool for residents only. Safety barriers installed, supervision required. Shower mandatory before swimming. Sunscreen oils prohibited.

19. Disturbances

SAS GEKKO not responsible for interruptions in utilities or external disturbances. Maintenance personnel must be allowed access.

20. Disputes

Complaints must be made within 48 hours of check-in. Pointe-à-Pitre Commercial Court has jurisdiction.

21. Personal Data

Information collected is used for reservation management and handled according to French data protection laws. Clients may access, correct, or delete their data.

By booking at Domaine de la Glacière, clients acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
